Oktoberfest Bingo And Poker Fun Night – Saturday, October 7

The Oakhurst Sierra Rotary club is hosting its 3rd Annual Poker and Bingo Fun Night on October 7th, 5:00pm at the Oakhurst Community Center. This event is a combination of a Texas Hold’em Poker tournament in the pavilion and a night of Bingo in the main hall. They will be giving away over $1,500 in prizes, dinner is provided, along with a no host bar.

Bass Lake Home Tour – Saturday, October 7

This Saturday from 10 am to 3pm, don’t miss out on the Bass Lake Home Tour, sponsored by the Lions Club. Included in this year’s tour is the lovely, “fully-automated” Duhn lake front home on Mono among other great houses. BBQ lunch will be served from 11 am – 2 pm, and proceeds from this year’s tour will benefit people affected by the recent fires.

North Fork Lions Club Pancake Breakfast – Saturday, September 30

Come enjoy a breakfast of pancakes, sausage and eggs and help support the North Fork Lions Club. The Lions will be serving from 7 to 10 a.m. at the North Fork Town Hall. Pre-sale tickets are available from any Lions Club member, and you can stop by Goodwin Lumber and get tickets from Kenny any time. Prices for the pre-sale tickets are $6 for adults and $5 for kids under 12. Tickets at the door will be $7 for adults and $6 for kids.

Detwiler Fire Relief Benefit – Sunday, October 1

Come join us at the Mariposa County Fairgrounds on Sunday, October 1st from 4-10 PM to help raise funds for the Detwiler fire victims. There will be bands, food & a silent auction/raffle! Musical lineup includes performances by Cottonwood Creek, Arroyo, and Mike Hammar & The Nails. Food and beverages provided by BB’s Catering and 1850 Restaurant & Brewing Company.
