ABOUT: We are proud of our food. Others don’t copy us because they would actually have to work . Yes, I said it! While we use products from food companies, we don’t open up a bag and heat. We make our sauces and dressings from scratch. We make our Ceviche. Our burgers are a grass-fed, hormone free patty. Our fish is fresh from Sierra Seafood, a business that drives to the coast for fresh seafood 2-3 times a week. Our cheeses are real cheese, and our Artesian oil topped buns are fresh. The ingredients really stand out and make a great, flavorful meal. We prepare it as if we were serving our mother and she’s gonna meet our significant other. She didn’t like our last one, so we gotta get this one right. Ma’, what do ya think?
Our burgers are cooked to a medium unless specified. You may remove an item, but our chef insists on keeping the recipe ‘as is’, so no add-ons or switch-ups. Add it as a side for .75.
