ABOUT: We take our food serious, and are proud. All our burgers are a grass-fed, hormone free patty. Our fish is fresh from Sierra Seafood, a business that drives to the coast for fresh seafood 3 times a week. Our cheeses are real cheese, our Aioli is made by us, and our Artesian oil topped buns are fresh. The ingredients really stand out and make a great, flavorful meal. We prepare it as if we were serving our mother and she’s gonna meet our new girlfriend (or boyfriend), and she didn’t like our last one, so we gotta get this right. Ma’, what do ya think?
Our burgers are cooked to a medium-rare unless specified. You may remove an item that does not suit your pallet, but our chef insists on keeping the recipe ‘as is’, so no add-ons or switch-ups.
